Thank you for requesting your pool to be closed by Cherry Hill Pool & Spa.
We will do our best to close your pool the week(s) you requested. You will be called and or notified via email the week prior to your pool being closed the date we will be coming. Because we are closing several pools on any given day, we cannot accommodate requests for specific times.
To ensure that all is done properly, we ask that:
* Equipment and Pool are accessible (Gate Unlocked)
* You have your winter cover out and on the deck
* You have your puppies, dogs and any other helpers inside
*The power supply is on. After the pool is closed, go ahead and turn off the breaker.
*Please Note: The cleaner your pool is when closed, the cleaner it will be when opened in the spring.
A Basic Pool Closing will include the following:
*Draining water to proper winterization levels. *Please Note: It is the responsibility of the customer to maintain these levels throughout the winter to avoid damage to any tile, cascades, skimmer and coping.
*Blow out plumbing lines and add antifreeze
*Clean Filter Cartridges
*Winterization of Filtration Equipment
*Remove Ladders and Handrails
*Installation of Winter Cover
*Add Winter Chemicals
Note: If there are problems with the equipment that cannot be fixed at the time of closing an additional service call may be needed. Any additional work will require your authorization.
**If there are outstanding service issues, please email our Service Department (jpmessier@cherryhillpool.com) so that we can address them at the closing.
